(Fresh & cold)
1/2 cup Whole Milk
Full fat preferred
Milk
Tea
2 tbsp Indian Tea Powder
Brand doesn't matter much
1-2 tbsp Sugar
To taste

4 Green Cardamom
Crushed
Ginger
1" Fresh Ginger
Grated or crushed
Black Pepper
4 Black Peppers
Whole or crushed
Cinnamon
1 Cinnamon stick
Whole or crushed

Boiling spices
1. Add water to a Pan
2. Toss in crushed spices (like Salt Bae!)
3. Bring to a rolling boil
Let spices infuse 2-3 mins

Tea brewing
1. Dump in tea leaves (CTC is MVP)
2. Lower the heat a bit
3. Simmer 2 mins, contemplate life
Watch that rich amber color!

Chai with milk
1. Pour in the milk
2. Add sugar (we won't judge!)
3. Stir gently to combine
Should turn caramel-colored now

Straining chai
1. Bring to a full boil
2. Save it before it spills!
3. Repeat 2-3x for creaminess
Strain. Sip. Burn tongue. No regrets.
